HP Test Units and Recorders
CES offers High Pressure Test Units and Recorders for testing BOP stacks, trees, choke and kill lines and other equipment with ranges up to 30,000 PSI. These air operated test units can be configured as skid mounted, unit-mounted, portable and self-contained. Specialty test equipment such as Glycol/Chemical Injection Units, Low/High Test Units, Dual Pen Chart Recorders, high pressure test hoses and replacements parts are also available.
Hydraulic Choke Control Panels
Hydraulic Choke Control Panels are built with the customer needs in mind. They feature carbon and stainless steel models with a Choke Position Indication Gauge, Drill Pipe and Casing Pressure Gauges, pneumatic driven hydraulic pump, manual over ride hydraulic pump with necessary hoses and Gauge Protector Sensors. They are manufactured to API 16C specifications under API Q1 Quality Plan.
BOP Accumulator Control Units
CES manufacturers BOP Control Systems in various sizes to meet specific criteria and API 16D requirements for surface drilling and work-over rigs. These control systems are offered with or without remote control interfaces to meet the customers needs. These units are manufactured in the U.S.A. and built oilfield ready.
Remote Panel Controls
Remote Panel Controls are custom made to meet the customer’s needs and specifications. Remote Control Panels are available in models for air, electric or PLC operation.
Accumulator Racks
Accumulator Racks give added auxiliary accumulator volume when required. These racks come in various sizes depending on the customers needs.
Pipe Racks
Church Energy Services custom manufactures pipe racks also know as “suitcases”. The pipe racks save customers money by speeding up the set up and take down time of a BOP Control System. Standard pipe racks are fitted with hammer unions and come with grated walkways.
