Type 20 Check Valve
The Type 20 Check Valve is a field proven check valve which can be used in drilling applications such as choke and kill manifolds. This Type ‘R’ equivalent valve is very versatile. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally and is rated for H2S service (NACE MR0175).
- Operating pressures up to 15,000psi
- Flanged or clamp hub end connections
Type 21 Check Valve
The Type 21 Check Valve is a field proven check valve with metal to metal sealing which can be used in drilling applications such as choke and kill manifolds. This Type ‘MS’ equivalent valve is very versatile. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally and is rated for H2S service (NACE MR0175).

Chokes
Type 30 Positive and Adjustable Choke
The Type 30 Choke is a field proven flow control device for drilling and production applications. This reliable design is equivalent to a Type H2 choke and provides value and versatility to the customer. All choke needles and seats are provided with tungsten carbide trim for added durability. This choke is manufactured to API 6A standards and NACE MR 0175 certified for H2S service.
Type 31 Drilling Choke
The Type 31 Drilling Choke is designed for severe drilling operations, fracing, and production. Available in both manual or hydraulic styles; this positive sealing choke also features gates and seats that are reversible for twice the wear service life. The Type 31 Drilling Choke is fully interchangeable with Cameron® chokes, is manufactured to API 6A standards and NACE MR 0175 certified for H2S service.
Type 32 Drilling Choke
The Type 32 Drilling Choke is a field proven choke used in drilling choke applications such as in a choke manifold, as well as for well service and production. This choke is available in both manual and hydraulic versions and is rated for pressures up to 10,000psi. The Type 32 Drilling Choke is fully interchangeable with Super Choke® style chokes, is manufactured to API 6A standards and NACE MR 0175 certified for H2S service.
Gate Valves
Type 41 Gate Valve
The Type 41 Gate Valve is a field proven gate valve that is fully interchangeable with Type FC gate valves. This design provides the reliability and interchangeability needed in today’s competitive market. Available in both hydraulic and manual versions, it utilizes metal-to-metal bi-directional sealing and a non-rising stem, making it ideally suited for drilling manifold and production operations. Type 41 Gate Valves are currently installed in applications all over the world.
Type 42 & 43 Gate Valves
Type 42 and 43 Gate Valves are industry standard and fully interchangeable with Type FL and FLS gate valves. These field proven gate valves provide the reliability and interchangeability, needed in today’s competitive market. The Type 42 and 43 Gate Valves are metal-to-metal bi-directional sealing and utilize a non-rising stem, making them ideally suited for drilling manifold and production operations. They can be equipped with hydraulic actuators for manifold or subsea service and are currently in use all over the world.
Type 44 – Full Bore Gate Valve
FULL BORE Gate Valves are compact and lower in weight than competitive gate valves of the same size, while being rugged and strong enough to withstand the toughest service conditions encountered while fracing, snubbing, or during work over operations. These valves utilize a 7-1/16” bore that is rated up to 5,000 psi. FULL BORE Gate Valves use the industry proven floating slab type gate with metal sealing technology. The ease of maintenance and reliability make the FULL BORE valves well suited for all oil and gas operations.
Type 43 – Frac Valve
Church Energy Services designed Type 43 Frac Valves are field proven frac valves that provide the reliability needed in today’s competitive market. Type 43 Gate Valves are available in manual, low torque (LT) and hydraulic operation. Type 43 Gate Valves are available in bore sizes 4-1/16″, 5-1/8″, 7-1/16″ and pressure ratings up to 20,000 psi. Type 43 Frac Valves are metal-to-metal bi-directional sealing, making them ideally suited for frac or production clean up operations.
